17 Steps
Anna took 17 steps in a row today! That’s a new record. Between this morning when we dropped her off and this afternoon when we came to pick her up, she got into the habit of trying a step or two. Or at least this is what it seemed like because she was taking one or two steps at a time at Zarela’s while Anna and I were hanging out for a short bit at pickup and Paul was helping with a quick printer installation. When we got home, Anna was still trying out steps. The record now is 17 in a row. We have some video of her trying steps and dancing this evening which we took before the 17 step record. Hopefully we’ll get it posted soon. She’s also starting to try new words and string two words together. This morning it was, “Mama, <pause>, up”.
Dear Chris and Paul,
Don’t be at all surprised if she completely gives up crawling by the end of the week. This will be a rapid week of many changes. Am awaiting the video.
